CCO511 Command Competency

Upon completion of this course the students will be able to demonstrate as Master / Skipper, an integrated approach to vessel management, safety, compliance and seamanship principles of either a fishing vessel or any other vessel up to 500t operating in the Near Coastal / Limited areas.
